The next Sulphyton Workshop will be held in the John Innes Centre, Norwich, U.K., September 2009
The aim of the Sulphyton Workshop Series is to discuss and evaluate the current research developments on the molecular/biochemical, physiological and agronomical aspects of sulfur uptake and utilization by plants, in relation to plant resistance to pests and environmental stress. The Series is a follow-up of the Workshops held within the framework of COST Action 829 (see: http://plantsulfur.org). There were previous Sulphyton Workshops in Braunschweig, Germany (2005) and Potsdam, Germany (2007) (see for abstracts of this workshops: http://plantsulfur.org).
